Fab and Fruity Squash

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked butternut squash, steamed
1/8 cup dried apricots
1/8 cup raisins
pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp wheat germ

Procedure:
1. Half an hour before you start, soak the apricots and raisins in warm water or apple juice to soften them up.
2. Mash all the ingredients together or puree in a food processor.
3. Top with the wheat germ.
