Indian Mango Lassi (Smoothie)

Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and cored
1/2 cup plain (organic) yogurt
1/4 cup (organic) milk
1/2 tbsp sugar (optional)
pinch of nutmeg/cinnamon

Procedure:
Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend and serve cold.
